The District Court Clerk's Office is now offering a public records portal that can be found at https://dcportal.pubcourts.mt.gov.  Public Users will be able to search names and case numbers and view the Register of Action for cases from 2012 through present. Please allow 24 hours for updated information after processing. If you need a copy of a document, please email GallatinDCRecords@mt.gov.
