Effective July 1, 2024, the Department of Planning and Community Development has implemented Digital Application Standards

Conditional Use Permits, Variances, and Zoning Amendments must be submitted through MyGov.  See online submittal information here.

Public Hearings on amendments to the Gallatin County Subdivision Regulations are coming up in January, 2025. More information is available here.

The Gallatin County Commission recently amended the Growth Policy to include a Future Land Use Map, and also adopted the County Housing Strategy.  See Envision Gallatin for more information.
