Eligible Criteria:
- The Gallatin County Treatment Court is a voluntary post-conviction adult treatment that provides an alternative to traditional sentencing.
- Complete application and screening process.
- 18-month program goal.
- Have an identifiable substance use disorder.
Program requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Addictions counseling
- Mental health therapy
- Frequent drug and alcohol testing
- Weekly reporting to a case manager
- Attendance at support group meetings
- Service to the community
- Community referrals
